SSCE / OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in sales or key account management within an FMCG environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor accounts effectively. High level of integrity, accountability, and target orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Must be familiar with the local market and distributor operations.
